We’ll get rid of holes, cracks, water damage, and make you walls look like brand new.
Before anything gets patched, we find out what caused the damage. Then your floors and furniture go under drop sheets, and the work area gets sealed off from the rest of your home.
The damaged section gets cut back to solid material and replaced with board that matches the thickness of what’s already there, fastened into the framing. Cracks, damaged corners and old patch jobs get rebuilt properly.
Seams get taped and covered with multiple coats of compound, each one left to dry fully, then sanded flat to a Level 4 finish. If you wish your walls to be extremely smooth, we take it to Level 5.
We match the existing colour and texture, prime the repaired area, and paint it so it blends into the wall around it. Then the plastic comes down and the space gets cleaned. If you’re not fully satisfied for any reason, we’ll fix it before the invoice is final.
If you're not fully satisfied for any reason, we fix it until you are. No debate, no excuses.
You get a finish date before the job starts, and that's the date it's finished. You'll also get regular updates as we go.
The work area gets sealed off before any sanding starts, and the space gets cleaned at the end. We leave the place exactly the way we found it.
Every job is backed by full liability insurance and WCB coverage, so you can hire with complete peace of mind.
Typical range
Typical range
These are typical ranges. Drywall repair pricing moves with the size of the damaged area, how many spots need repairing, and whether the cause of the damage has to be dealt with first. You’ll get an exact custom quote after the free on-site visit. That price is fixed, with no surprises on the final bill.
A wall that looks like nothing ever happened to it, repaired, textured and painted in one go.
A small repair, like a few holes, dents or hairline cracks, usually lands between $200 and $350. Larger damage, like a big hole, a wet patch or several cracked corners, runs from $350 to $600. Where yours falls depends on the size of the damaged area, how many spots there are, and how much of the texture has to be recreated. The on-site visit is free, and you get an itemized quote so you can see exactly what each part costs.
No. Nothing gets added to your bill without your yes.
It depends on the size of your project and how booked we are. If you’re working to a hard deadline, put it in your message and we’ll work around it wherever we can.
A small repair usually takes two or three short visits over a few days, since every coat of compound has to dry fully before the next one goes on. You get a firm start and finish date before we begin.
Yes. We’re fully licensed and carry both liability insurance and WCB coverage. So you can hire with complete peace of mind.
You walk the space with us at the end and if you’re not fully happy with something, we fix it before the invoice is final.
We paint it. Matching the colour and texture, priming and repainting the repaired area is part of the price, so the wall is finished when we leave. If you’d rather have the whole wall or the whole room repainted at the same time, we can do that too.
Yes. We rebuild the texture by hand, and match the colour from your leftover paint or a sample off the wall. If the old paint has faded enough that a fresh patch would show, we paint out to the nearest corners.
Only once the water is dealt with. If a pipe, roof or window is still letting water in, or there’s mould behind the board, patching it just hides the problem until it comes back through.
We’ll open it up, tell you exactly what we’re looking at, and be straight with you about whether it’s something we handle or something that needs a plumber, a roofer or a remediation contractor first.
